What is offered

The commercial offer is on-farm and desk-based agronomic writing: yield notes tied to named plots, comparison walks, after-harvest briefings, and reconstruction of harvest papers. Informational pages may mention a local data tracking utility. That utility is analytical software for record-keeping only. It is not a financial institution, wallet, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment service, and it is not supplied as a download from this website.

No professional guarantees

Yield notes record what was walked, weighed from your tickets, and observed. They are not a cadastral survey, a laboratory result, a legal valuation, or investment advice. Weather, incomplete tickets, and inaccessible ground limit what can be written.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and original photographs commissioned by us remain our property or that of their licensors. Public photographs are used under their providers’ terms. Yield notes produced for a paid visit belong to the commissioning grower for their farm records. You may not copy the site wholesale.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that impairs others, or present our notes as laboratory certificates or official statistics.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost harvest, lost rent negotiations, or decisions you take after reading a yield note or this site. Our liability for a paid visit is limited to the fee paid for that visit. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of Georgia.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia (GE). Courts of Georgia have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you commission work applies to that work.
