Purposes and legal bases

We process contact details to answer you and to perform a contract for a visit, or to take steps before a contract. Logs are processed for security and to keep the site available, on the basis of legitimate interests in a working, uncompromised site.

Retention

Emails and call notes about a commissioned visit are kept for up to seven years with the yield note, which is a farm record you may also hold. Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept up to eighteen months. Server logs are typically rotated within ninety days unless needed for a security review.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
